How can we benefit from having a wedding planner?
The average wedding takes about 250 hours to arrange, this is a lot of planning. We can help save your precious time, allowing you to enjoy the fun parts. 

We will make it stress free. Please take advantage of our expertise, highly recommended suppliers and negotiation skills. We will pass all savings directly on to you, make sure all prices are fair and help save you money. You will always remain in control of your wedding.  

We will make sure every detail is perfect, ensuring your day runs seamlessly, allowing you to love and remember every fast-moving minute.

What is included in the Wedding co-ordination on the day package (Peony)?
We tend to work approximately 10 hours on your special day – We will meet and greet your wedding suppliers and make sure everything is set up exactly as you have told me. We are also happy to help with setting up your wedding. We will make sure all guests are seated, and the music is played at the right time when the bride enters the ceremony room. We will ensure guests are in the right place at the right time and that your day runs smoothly. We can liaise with your best man/usher if you would like them to make formal announcements throughout the day and we can advise what to announce.

We are personal assistant to the bride and groom so just tell us what needs doing and we will be there for you.

What location area do you cover?
We predominantly cover a 30-mile radius from Verwood in Dorset, which includes Hampshire, the New Forest and Wiltshire. Please see the location map. We are happy to work further afield if travelling costs are covered.

How do we book?
Please get in touch by phone or email to check availability and book your preferred wedding package. We will provide you with a booking form to read through and sign and will then take a deposit to confirm your booking.

Will we be charged for the first meeting?
There is no charge for our first meeting as this is a perfect opportunity to meet with you, understand your special requirements and explain how Sienna Grace Weddings can help you. We would recommend booking an ideas session to follow our first meeting – there is a charge of £250 for a two hour session.

Where and when do we meet for appointments?
We hold appointments at our office in Verwood, Dorset.  If you are unable to visit us or live further afield, we are able to arrange a video call.  Alternatively, should we need to meet at a different location, time and travel costs will apply.
To provide flexibility, evening and weekend appointments are available.  Please contact us to arrange a suitable time. 

How and when do we pay?
If you are booking the complete wedding package (Rose), a deposit is taken at the time of booking and final payment is required six weeks prior to your wedding. For other wedding packages payment is required at the time of booking or at the session. The following methods of payment are accepted – bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Can we purchase a gift voucher?
If you are looking for the perfect engagement present, impress the bride and groom with an ideas session gift voucher, at just £250. Your gift voucher can be personalised with a special message, simply email your note when contacting us to purchase a voucher. Prepayment is required at the time of purchasing and gift vouchers can be e-mailed, additional cost – if sent by post or collected from Sienna Grace Weddings.  

What standards are in place to ensure Sienna Grace Weddings will provide a high quality service?
We will respond to enquiries within 48 hours, represent each client fairly, provide transparent pricing and respect client confidentiality – only passing client details to a third party for the purpose of the wedding. We will make known any suppliers we have a personal interest in, use legal business contracts, respect copyright from fellow professionals and ensure our public liability insurance is up to date.

Our wedding venue includes a wedding co-ordinator, do we still need a wedding planner?
There are many wedding venues that include a wedding co-ordinator up until the wedding day but not actually on the day. Imagine on your special day, you and your bridal party are rushing around completing essential tasks throughout the day, such as setting up your tables, playing music and moving flowers. This can be very stressful when you should all be relaxing and enjoying the day.

How much is the complete wedding planning package (Rose)?
We cost this at 15 % of your total wedding budget or subject to a minimum charge of £3,000.

Do you have insurance?
Our company insurance includes the following:
– Professional Indemnity – £100,000
– Public and Products Liability – £5,000.000
